Accounts and enrolment
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Enrolment in a course confirms your agreement to complete assessments and to be bound by our certificate rules.
Payments
Course fees are payable in advance as stated at enrolment. Prices are shown in the currency assigned to each course. Refunds follow the policy stated at checkout.
Certificates
Certificates are issued only when the course's completion rule is satisfied. They are verifiable by certificate number and subject to revocation if issued in error or obtained fraudulently.
Intellectual property
Course content belongs to Upscale and its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or resell it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service as it is and to the extent permitted by law accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
